So listening to your desires is the main goal to provide you with the most effective and economical design solution. At the same time, if something is noticed that you may not have, it will be brought to your attention to see if it is of any concern to you.
Whether you are new or experienced to the building process you will be guided through each step appropriate to your needs. Making sure each step is completed before moving on to the next based on your goals. Using experience on hundreds of house design and remodeling projects to help you decide how to best handle yours.
Every project is a different because its yours. You may be looking to design a new home to fit your needs or a renovation to fix or add to your existing home. Even if you are just looking to upgrade your kitchen or bath it will be designed right to achieve the maximum return on your investment. If the first design doesnt quite meet your expectations a second one will be done, for free. Its in the contract.

A little about R+R Design...
Our goal is focusing on yours. Our company philosophy is simple:
In 1985 Blake graduated with a degree in architecture at Montana State University. In the Washington DC area, Blake spent 12 years working in architecture, interiors and facilities on a variety of commercial, government and residential projects. Blake became a registered architect, license with the District of Columbia.
In 1997, Blake and his family moved to Charlotte to be closer to family. Here he has been focusing on custom home design for over 12 years.
In 2006 R+R Design Incorporated was formed as a custom home design firm. After receiving reciprocity to be a registered Architect in North Carolina the firm changed to an Architectural Corporation registered with the North Carolina Architectural Board.
